POLICIES

(Please read in full before booking any service)

New Clients – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fill out your intake forms. This also will give us time to have a consultation where you can ask any questions you may have about your scheduled service!

Cancellations/No Shows – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice.

  • Cancelling the same day as your appointment, or no-showing, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. 

Tardiness – In the event you are late to your scheduled appointment, I will either work on you for the remaining time of your appointment, or you will have to reschedule your service altogether.

If you are 30+ minutes past your scheduled appointment time and you have not contacted me, you will be considered a no-show and be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

Time integrity is very important to me, and I understand that sometimes life happens and tardiness happens. If you are running late, please contact me when able to let me know your ETA, so I can best gauge if we need to reschedule or not. I want to give you the best quality service and want to ensure I have enough time to devote to making you feel your best!
